Terms & Conditions
The terms below apply to all door-to-door repairs carried out by iRepair. By booking with us, you agree to them.
1. Our Service
iRepair provides a door-to-door mobile phone repair service across the Wolverhampton to Shrewsbury corridor. We attend your home, workplace or an agreed location to carry out repairs, operating daily between 5PM and 10PM.
2. Bookings
Bookings are made via WhatsApp or phone and are confirmed once we agree a time slot with you. We will do our best to arrive within the agreed window, but evening timings may vary slightly due to traffic and earlier appointments.
3. Call-Out Fee
A small call-out fee of £5–£10 applies depending on your location. This covers travel to your door and is confirmed before we attend.
4. Pricing & Payment
All repair prices are confirmed before any work begins. Prices shown on this website are starting prices ("from") and may vary by device model and the parts required. Payment is taken on completion of the repair.
5. Parts & Warranty
We use genuine-grade replacement parts. Repairs and parts are covered by a workmanship warranty; the warranty does not cover subsequent accidental damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair. Please ask your technician for the specific warranty period on your repair.
6. Device Data
Please back up your device before any repair where possible. While we take great care, iRepair is not responsible for any loss of data that may occur during a repair. Water-damaged devices are assessed on a best-effort basis and recovery cannot be guaranteed.
7. Liability
Some devices — particularly those with pre-existing damage — carry a risk during repair. We will always advise you of any known risks before proceeding. Our liability is limited to the value of the repair carried out.
8. Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel your booking at any time before the technician is dispatched, at no charge, by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone.
